make peace with food & your body
You’re not alone if you have ever struggled with feelings of shame or guilt around food, or dissatisfaction with your body. Many of us have felt the frustration of dieting or feeling trapped in a constant battle with food and our bodies.

Intuitive Eating offers a path to liberation, allowing you to move away from the relentless pursuit of weight loss and instead cultivate sustainable, health-promoting behaviors that honor your body and mind.
Intuitive Eating, developed by dietitians Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch in 1995, is an evidence-based model supported by over 125 research studies. It encourages individuals to listen to their body’s innate signals rather than follow restrictive diets. This practice honors both your physical and mental health and aligns with the Health at Every Size movement, which recognizes that all bodies deserve dignity and respect.

my philosophy

I am an anti-diet, anti-meal plan, weight-inclusive provider. Rather than focusing on weight loss, my approach emphasizes behaviors that can improve your relationship with food, your body, and your mind.

weight is not a behavior. Even as we work together to incorporate positive, health-promoting practices into your life, your weight might remain unchanged. I fully understand the desire to lose weight; however, if you’re committed to finding peace with food and enhancing your body image, I encourage you to place the pursuit of intentional weight loss on hold for now.

Drawing inspiration from nature, I believe in embracing the diverse beauty of all body shapes and sizes. Just as we admire the variety in wildflowers, it’s essential to recognize and celebrate the unique beauty that exists within each of us.
wildflower wellness embodies the principle that the rich diversity found in nature parallels the beauty within humanity, and all bodies deserve to be acknowledged and respected.
Let’s embark on this transformative journey together. You deserve to feel at peace with food, your body, and yourself.
